Hey,
I brewed up a dunklewiezen last Wednesday and the ferm slowed pretty much to a halt. Just went to repitch and add some nutrient and had a taste and there was a strong bitter flavor mid pallet. It didn't have any real bitterness post boil and I didn't add much hops. Used Safale 06 yeast. Never made a wheat before so I don't know if this is at all normal. Thanks.
