Couple months ago I had an Ayinger Ur-Weisse and loved it. Thinking about brewing a dunkelweizen tomorrow with Jamil's recipe "Trigo Oscuro" from BCS. Has anyone done it before? If so, what did you think? Similar to the Ayinger? Are there any better recipes out there?
