Hi everybody
Been a while since I posted.
But I have a question regarding ferment time on a dunkelweisen.
I know that wheat beers ferment faster than normal but how much faster?
I normally ferment for 30 days. How long should I let this wheat go for.
Also my sister has started a Blog about my creations. check it out please give some feedback.

Wheats are usually ready to drink sooner. I wouldn't say they ferment faster. I still do 3-4 weeks primary for wheats.

My first batch was a dunkelweizen and we bottled after 2 weeks.

I made it at a brew on premises place, and they pretty much controlled when you bottled, so take that as it be.

Everyone seemed to really love it though.

:)
