Dunkelweisen Pot Roast

So the little guy is sick and I'm staying home with him today, wife tells me to put the pot roast in the slow cooker and lays out a recipe. I sez heck with the recipe!

1 beef pot roast
1 large onion
5....yah that's right 5 cloves of garlic!
2 bottles of Big Rock Dunkelweisen
1 1/2 cups of water
salt
pepper
2 bay leaves
savory
parsley

I 'll let everyone know how it turns out

I had a batch of Dunkel that just didn't turn out well....but, it made the most amazing roasts. Now add some garlic to that recipe
