So, I have a plethora (rarely get to use that word!) of hops. I have an IPA that I'm looking to dry hop. Here's the recipe, all chinnok so far:

6 gallon batch:

10 lbs UK 2 row pale malt
2 1/2 lbs Munich malt
1 lbs Crystal (15)
0.75 lbs carapils

1.5 oz Chinook boil
1.5 oz Chinook 15 minutes
1.5 oz Chinook at flameout
1.5 oz steep whirlpool added when temp reached 180
minor water adjustments/salts

Freshly harvested Conan yeast from Heady Topper, built up on a stir plate

For hops, all are vacuum sealed:

2014 from Univ. of VT hops farm, leaf:
Centennial
Newport
Willamette
Fuggle
Nugget
Perle

2014 Pellet:
Centennial

2015 Univ. of VT hops farm, leaf:
Chinook (only 1.5 oz left)
Crystal
Galena
Newport
Nugget
Perle
Sterling
Willamette

2015 pellet:
Galaxy
Nelson Sauvin
Cascade

I basically have several ounces of everything listed except Chinook - only 1.5 oz left.

SG 1.07, FG not there yet, still fermenting along nicely after 9 days, so it'll be on the stronger side, Beersmith has it at 56.4 IBU (the Univ. of VT hops are a bit lower than average on the AAU).

What would you do? I have too many hops to choose from.

lots of ways to go there but I'd stick with chinook + any combo of Centennial/Cascade + a bit of willamette

Of course you could also go nelson/galaxy
