I made a DFH 90 min clone recently and I bought all my hops at once, so now when I open my refrigerator I am overwhelmed by the delicious aroma of the hops in there. They are sealed in plastic and all I was just wondering if there was any value in waiting until I rack to secondary to buy them? Am losing aroma by having them stored in there for two weeks?

If you can smell them, that means they are being exposed to air. Light and air are the worst enemies of hops. Not sure how long it takes oxidation of hops to occur, but it's always best to re-vacuum seal them and keep them in the freezer.

If you don't have a vacuum sealer, double bag them in ziplocs and put in the freezer until you need them. No worries.

Awesome! Thanks I want a vacuum sealer but ziplocks for now, inside of a pyrex container with a lid, in the freezer.
