I've dry hopped my first beer, a pale ale, by tossing some pellets into the carboy. After 2 days, I now seem to have a few mm of oil sitting on top of my beer. I assume this is normal since the whole point is to extract the oils and aromas from the hops, but I'm not sure what to do with it. When I keg it, should I try to leave the oil out? Or mix it all in? Or will the oil magically dissapear?

I just run the brew through a fine sieve while kegging. One advantage of buckets, you don't see all of this weird stuff going on, so you don't worry about it.;)

right on!

Beer is suprisingly hard to mess up.... as long as you dont burn it or spit in the wort you'll end up with a good batch :)
