Hey all. So, I'm currently dry hopping a green flash clone. Recipe calls for a 7 day dry hop, but I've been out of town and it is now at 2 weeks. Are there any negatives to longer dry hopping periods? Thanks.

You're looking at possible grassy flavor and astringency. Two weeks is stretching it on dry hopping. I'd get it racked as soon as you can.

I dry-hopped 2.5oz of Tett in an batch for 21 days and got great flavor/aroma and no grassy or astringent qualities!

I think it depends on the type of hops and the amount used.

I do agree with dwarven stout and rack it soon though!
