I dry hop in a bucket with a paint strainer. The paint strainer basically fills the bucket. If you dry hop towards the end of fermentation with this setup while they're is still active fermentation and yeast in suspension will it take away from the yeast cake for future batches.

So basically will the yeast get caught up in the bag and tossed and not have as much yeast in the mason jar?

No, the mesh is way too coarse to trap yeast.
That's what I was thinking but I thought the yeast might get caught up in everything else besides yeast that makes up a yeast cake. [slurry] And get pulled out with the bag.

After racking if I dump the entire yeast cake into the hop bag it wouldn't flow through. Wouldnt all that stuff thats in suspension with the yeast clog the bag and get pulled out leaving me with a smaller yeast cake and therefor less yeast?

In your initial post, you stated you are filtering your hops with a paint strainer bag, so that's what I based my answer on. I'm sure some portion of the yeast will get trapped in the hops, since they will act as a sort of filter, but if you allow some time for the yeast to settle naturally, most of the yeast should fall through and settle on the bottom of the fermenter.
