Hi I brewed my first double IPA about a month ago and was very happy with it. The Fermentation went well and it came out around 9% ABV. All that was left was to dry hop and and cold crash which I figured I could do at the same time so I added the hops and put it in the fridge. I only planned on dry hopping for 7 days but it's been over a month now. I got super busy and never had time to bottle. So my question is did I ruin a perfectly good beer? I'm planning on bottling tomorrow so I guess I'll find out for myself but I wanted your opinions.
