So I just moved up to fermenting 10 gallon batches in a conical fermenter. I'm wondering what goes on in there during dry-hopping. I would imagine there is a fair amount of stratification with some more aromatic beer towards the bottom(pellets). Would I need to agitate this beer and allow another settling phase before transferring to Corny's? Any other suggestions or information would be helpful.
