Dry Hop Question

The first time I used this hop method I just dropped the pellet hops into the secondary and they settled out perfectly in a week or so. Consequently, I haven't worried about hop bags and other ways to dry hop. This time, however, the hops seem like they will never settle. It's been at least twelve days. Will it eventually settle out or how should I rack to the keg to avoid moving the junk also?

If they haven't settled in 12 days, they probably won't. I'd wrap some cheese cloth around the intake of the cane.
