So I'm going to prime, bottle a batch of IPA next weekend. This weekend I cleaned out all of the bottles and I plan on sanitizing them next weekend with Star San. Does it matter that the bottles never completely dry in the in between week? Does this moisture harbor bacteria? I cleaned them really well so does the moisture mater?

You're sanitizing them on bottling day right? that should kill anything off in the bottles, as long as the bottles are clean.
