Hey everyone,
This is my first post on BrewTalk
, so please bear with me. So i just got done building my Mash tun, I used a 120 qt cooler and used cpvc pipes and used the rubber stopper from the cooler to seal up the inner part of the cooler. I connected everything and it is now seal proof, no leaks
. I have yet to drill bits into the cpvc pipes just yet, I was wondering what size of a bit is recommended for this or does anyone just recommend just doing slits with the saw i used? I have a bit that is a 10-32nf #21 drill bit, it looks like a decent size but I want to know for sure if its the right way to go? Also for the cpvc pipe line I am using 3/4 pipes rather then 1/2, do you guys think i should be fine size fore the pipe line since my cooler is bigger then many other ones?
thanks everyone,
Sash
