I'm surprised it's not a felony.

******* my room is cold. It's supposed to reach record lows in Oakland tonight and my heater is puny. It doesn't seem to heat up areas, only what it directly blows on. In the morning I put it between my legs to warm up my sack.

Minnesota:

It shall be the duty of any policeman or any other officer to enforce the provisions of this Section, and if any cat is found running at large, or which is found in any street, alley or public place, it shall be the duty of any policeman or other officer of the city to kill such cat.

A person may not cross state lines with a duck atop his head.

Citizens may not enter Wisconsin with a chicken on their head.

It is illegal to sleep naked.

You have a heater? Lucky SOB!

You might head over to San Francisco to check out all the hotties, where apparently
Persons classified as “ugly” may not walk down any street.

I don't live there, but Indian Wells, CA has some gems:
It is illegal for a trumpet player to play his instrument with the intention of luring someone to a store.
Drinking intoxicating cement is prohibited.
Crushing rocks in the city limits is forbidden.

Also, Long Beach homebrewers should beware:
Cars are the only item allowed in a garage.

And in San Diego, a law I can get behind:
The owners of houses with Christmas lights on them past February second may be fined up to $250.

Illinois-One may not pee in his neighbor’s mouth.

Law forbids eating in a place that is on fire.

It is legal to protest naked in front of city hall as long as you are under seventeen years of age and have legal permits.

:rockin: Go Illinois!:ban:

:rockin:

Thats awesome! (if true, got a source!)

lol, I used to live by 16th St BART. No one finds that hooker dude to be anything but ugly. Sure, they may go for it, but that's the idea...you know you can get it. Ugh...I just made myself throw up a little...

In Nebraska, if you steal a man's horse, the law states you'll be hanged as punishment if found guilty.

Sounds good to me:

By Kentucky law, anyone who has been drinking is “sober” until he or she ”cannot hold onto the ground.”
