Had to replenish my supply. Pale ale with mosaic. It’s recirculating now. Best weather in a while.

The past couple of days have been pretty brutal temperature-wise. Normally we will get snow in Jersey up to mid-March from the Nor'Easters blowing up the coast. Most of my brewing is done October-April inside on the stove.
 
Our first day over freezing. Had to take advantage of it. This is my first “brew and serve” in same keg. So far it’s at 12 lbs on spunding valve. Seems to be working.
