Does frozen vodka still keep its sanitation properties in a bubbler?

Accidentally froze my bottle of Vodka I use for filling my bubblers. I assume it would still have bactericidal power once it's back to liquid form – should I continue to use it?

Curious, so I googled: All 80 proof vodka freezes at a temperature of -24 degrees Celsius(-11,2 degrees Fahrenheit). Sometimes the freezer is a little bit colder than this or the bottle is placed close to a freezer element and it may actually freeze.

Freezers should be kept at a maximum temperature of zero degrees Fahrenheit in order to maintain food quality. Even lower temperatures, ranging from minus 10 to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit, are recommended to maximize the lifetime of frozen food. Freezer temperatures above zero are not adequate for frozen food storage.

OP needs a higher proof Vodka!!!

but wont the alcohol evaporate out? I use it as cleaning solution for work and keep bottles in my trunk because they wont freeze in the winter but if the lid pops open that stuff evaporates rather quickly and I would think with the co2 bubbling through it it would do so quicker right?

My neighbor a few years ago asked me to come over.. shot after shot of asking if this liquor tasted right (was not drinking the entire shot after the first 4 or so). Went through 20 or so bottles.

Some tasted fine, some were weird. put the weird ones in the freezer and they froze.

kids, adding water.....

ps, malort tastes bad and was NOT frozen. even the kids are smarter than that.

I always use to steal a couple oz from each of my parents liquor bottles and top it off with water.

Who DIDNT do that?

I didn't. I just took a few shots, then re notched the label to the correct level.....

if they knew they never said anything...
