The Cooper's extract cans are said to be "pre-cooked" and dont need boiling in a pot, just added to boiling water in the fermenter and stirred. I have the wheat kit with light dry malt and the instructions are the same - ie. dump it into the boiling water with extract in the fermenter. I'm going to be adding 2lbs of Briess Wheat DME and just want to make sure it's ok to add it the same way.
