I'm a beginner to brewing and I wonder if this beer look healthy. It's been fermenting in one and a half week. For me it looks really bad and if it isn"t, what should I do with the "goo" layers?

Looks like it's still working, the head hasn't dropped completely out yet. What kind of beer is it and what kind of yeast did you use. I'm assuming an extract beer but there is a lot of trub.

I was trying to make a "Hefeweizen". A wheat beer. I used "Brewferm Blanche" for this one

Well I've never used that yeast before but wheat beers are cloudy so give it another week and see if it settles a bit. Give it a whiff and see what it smells like after that week. If it smells ok then taste it.

I did the bottling yesterday and I can tell you guys that it smelled and tasted wonderfull! Now I just need to wait another week to let it get carbonated!

If that's a hefe, I wouldn't worry about it. There's probably a lot of yeast in suspension with settled yeast on the bottom and krausen on the top.
