My first batch has been bottled for about three weeks now. I've QA'd a couple of times in the past week and been quite pleased.
Today I took a sixer to a buddy's house while he brewed a batch so he and some of the others in our "club" could try it out.
My beer is an all Fuggles IPA that is very, very good. My buddies seem to agree that it's the best product any of us have turned out yet. And they have brewed some very drinkable beers.
It's a very creamy feeling beer with a beautiful, meringue like head that stands up forever. It feels / seems perfectly carbonated right now to me.
I'm currently storing it in my basement at 65-68 degrees.
Is there anything I need to do to ensure that my beer retains it's quality?
I know to keep it away from light and avoid hi temps and drastic temp swings.
Do I need to refridgerate it? Or should I RDWHAHB.
Thanks

Sounds good I would think that you can sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor. I wouldn't worry about chilling untill you are ready to drink them. Aging at those temps can actually help the beers flavors develop.

Cheers
