I have been reading about washing yeasts for the past little while and it got me curious, what yeast is the most diverse, as in can make the most different kinds of beer? Is it sort of a personal preference or does one strain work well for some styles and not others? Also, I had seen a post from a minor about being too young to be doing this, as a disclaimer so those of you who may look at my profile, see my age and jump down my throat about it, I come of age at the end of this month and dont have the equipment to to start brewing before that time.
