Im looking for a distilled water mash pH for 2-row base malt to be used in EZ 3.0. In Kais experiments he measured a Rahr 2-row mash to be 5.56 (@ room temp). This seems a bit lower than other references Ive seen. Im sure it varies somewhat depending on the maltster but at this point Im collecting as much information as I can. Any help/advice/thoughts would be appreciated!
