Hi all,

I bought a lot of hops and want to use them on a killer DIPA.
Something with a decent malt backbone.
I only bottle if that has any impact on the recipe decision.
It can be a clone brew or a tried and tested home brew recipe.

I have most malts or a substitute for them - except special roast, unless brown malt counts.
For yeast a choice of S-04, Nottingham, US-05, M42 and 1318

Hops I have a lot of (1/2 pound or more):
Columbus, Cascade, Nugget, Simcoe, Soarchi Ace, Amarillo, Chinook, Northern Brewer, Aurora, El Dorado, Ella, Willamette, Target, Vic Secret, Summit

Hops I can play a supporting role with (1 to 4 oz):
Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Mandarina Bavaria, Topaz, Calypso, Fuggles, Cluster, Halltauer, Saaz, Falconer's Flight, Belma, Perle, Centennial

Any suggestions would be much appreciated :)

:D;)

You can never go wrong with a Citra and Galaxy DIPA!! That combination is my favorite IPA that I brew. Give it a try with a good base recipe and hold most additions to late and dry hop. You’ll be gifted with a less bitter, more flavor/aroma beer that will be a hit!
