Digital PH meter

I am thinking about getting a digital ph meter. If you search eBay there are a lot of yellow digital ph meters for around 10 or 15 bucks. Does anyone have any experience with these meters. Are they worth ir to check the ph levels of your brew water and mash?? Or is it just another unneeded brewing toy!?

I looked at them when i was recently shopping for a meter but the accuracy isnt that great at +/- .2 and no ATC. I ended up getting a milwaukee ph56 for $65 havent used it in a brew session yet but tested it on my tap water.

You'll need ATC if you plan on getting any bit of accuracy.
