There is a telescope app, but as of yet, nobody has created a microscope app, in order to prevent this specific instance from occurring. Captain Spacetime actually take to travel back to 2012 to stop it's development. Apparently in an alternate reality the device was created and it led to the complete annihilation of the human race due to fatal excessive laughing. Not a pretty site.
