As the title indicates, I messed up and the result is a stuck wart. While waiting for someone to take a stab at advice, I have been reading up on stuck fermentation. I now realize that while aerating the wort is good, aerating when re pitching yeast, not so much. So I'm totally embarrassed and have deleted the query altogether. At least one lesson has been learned.

Embarrassed about aerating the beer when repitching yeast, or about the 1.030 gravity reading?
More importantly (of course), have you solved the problem?

On a side note, secondaries are generally not needed when fermenting regular (non-sour, non-mixed fermentation) beers. They can cause more harm to your (clean) beer than do any good, such as oxidation and infections.
