Instead of asking you what I should use, why don't you decoction brewers show off your setups and explain why you use what you use? Post pictures!
 
i brew on my kitchen. the bigger pot is the mash tun, the small one (you just see alf of it) is the pot I use to boil grains for the decoction and the sparge water.
below, my pseudo-zapap (a plastic fermentor with homemade filter)

When I do decoctions, I just use the nice 5 gallon pot my wife bought for making spaghetti sauce.

The rest of my system is just old school. 10 gallon pot and a Gott cooler.
 
The vessel on the far right is my MDU (mobile decoction unit). It is a stand alone unit, that is semi automated( temp and stirring).

I need more information on your decoction unit.

Are you using induction?

How did you rig the stirring?

I can't see most of the images in your build thread you linked the other day. I did watch your brew-day video. It's amazing how I came to the same conclusions for my future build as you have, so it looks like I'll be emulating your build almost in its entirety.
