Dead Liquid yeast to FPO / APO / Okinawa?

Ive attempted to ordered liquid yeast from www.morebeer.com

WP001 California Ake yeast.

after three attempts, two with ice packs shipped with them. They have showed up dead. my yeast starters show no progress after almost a week

is there any way to get liquid yeast out to us overseas folks?

I have ordered WYEAST to an FPO in Europe and it showed up fine. Summer months might be tough. I think I shipped in the fall.

You might want to look into washing and harvesting yeast too.

I agree with Brinck17, I have ordered Wyeast 1388 successfully in the cooler months (Nov-Jan) in the Sandbox (FPO) and had no issues. You could also try harvesting using this method http://brulosophy.com/methods/yeast-harvesting/ with your first viable batch received.
