2011 Golden Blend doing well despite the short cork. Still bright, but getting very musty. Not a ton of deep funk in this bottle.

De Cam Abrikoos-Rabarber. Super heavy on the rhubarb, but soft and underlying apricot. Marriage of my two favorite lambic goodies.

A friend told me to stop in to this bar near my hotel and get aged orval and I can't turn down aged orval but they apparently ran out so I'm drinking what I think is the freshest orval I've ever had, 06Sep18.

Nice “work” lunch earlier to kickstart vacation early. I broke my rule of taking food pictures in public, because every other ******* in Newport, RI was doing the same.

Proclamation Brewing Derivative: Galaxy paired with Tuna poke

Mussels frites paired with Duvel. Death row meal.

Tavern around the corner from my house then had the first kegs of Maine Brewing Co Dinner tapped outside of Maine.

Not a bad start to vacation!
