These were good fresh but I think they've gotten so much better with time, lots of barrel and funk now.

Haven't had their sours in a while but the first few were ******* awful.

Confuzzled Blend 2. Not as well blended as Blend one. Less pineapple and more Papaya in my opinion. Still very good but not as good as
B1.

Edit: I don't know. Just had a few more sips and it opened up a little more. It's pretty ****** great.

I've never particularly enjoyed Kolsch either, but I'm going to be in Cologne this summer so I intend to drink my fill while I'm there.
