I rarely eat red meat - maybe 3 or 4 times a year - but decided to grill some Brussels sprouts and a bone in NY strip. Reached for a HF Nordic - batch 06/29/16 as an accompaniment. Pretty tremendous.
Edit: the chicken on the plate is for the dig, who sadly can't eat steak
