Solid, well done stuff. Earthy, fruity hops, moderate bitterness, bit of a lightly sweet body, clean finish. Wish I had grabbed more.

Misbeehavin Meads I Just Blue Myself Blueberry & Maple Syrup Mead aged on Hard Maple Wood.

Blueberry. Tanin. Oak. Maple.

Blueberry juice and tanin working with a bit of maple character and a nice woody / oak like background with a clean dry body. Drinkable and really pleasant with little sign of the 13% abv. Recommended for sure.
