Tomorrow is the start of rifle season in PA for deer. I got buck fever so bad I didnt sleep last night already so I decided to fire up the smoker with some ribs.

More Brewing Company Sourenity Now! (Strawberry / Kiwi) Berliner Weiss

Tart. Fruity. Light. Grainy.

Leftovers we didn't get to on Thanksgiving, but really enjoying this light tart Berliner Weiss on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Strawberry sweetness up front with the kiwi character coming in on the finish, tart hit up front, but mellows into a grainy / lightly tart finish. Highly carbed, and very dry on the finish. Pretty impressive considering what the brewery is known for (Pastry stouts and hazy hop forward offerings).

Cheers!

Ok I've left that area and moved to the main lounge area. It has a bigger beer selection. Unfortunately that bigger selection is 100% blue point varieties and I don't touch that Budweiser. So now I'm snacking on crisps and Vermont Cheddar with a Bordeaux before I board my flight.

That's my blue jansport backpack behind the wine.
