So I just moved to DB and I'm trying to figure out if there is a good shop here. So far I've heard of Hearts over in Orlando, but I was hoping there would be something local.

Also how's the water around here?

I am moving to ponte vedra in June. I saw a place in Jacksonville. That will be far for you but there must be something closer.

There's a great shop over in Sanford. Check out Sanford Homebrew, great group of people, fresh ingredients, very helpful. They'll put your orders together too, so you can just pick up whatever you need.
