What's the most days in a row you've homebrewed? I brewed two days in a row last week and I noticed a couple benefits....

1.) Don't have to put away all your equipment. Just leave it out! :ban:

2.) I usually homebrew once a month which means re-learning or remembering a couple things that I just can't keep in my brain longterm. If you screwed something up, you better believe you won't screw it up again 24 hours later.

3.) I'm a sunrise homebrewer. I get up at 5am and do it before work. Multiple days in a row means it is easier to get to sleep early and do it all over again.

:mug:

1 day.

Back when I did 5 gallon batches, I did a few back-to-back brews in a single day. But now I only have room in my fermentation chamber for a single 10-gallon batch, so I can't do multiple batches at once... Hence no consecutive brew days.

This guy set out on a mission to brew every day for a year! Made it all the way to day 252 before tapping out... inspiring to say the least!

Crazy. I was just thinking (like 2 mins ago) about his guy and wondering how far he had gotten. I had not gotten an update since his initial post about his plans. Then I stumble on your post. Thanks for the update. LOL

4 days and nights - couple friends - all of us brought all our equipment together so we could have all the beers ready for our October fest bash - all in all we made 40 different pony kegs of beer.

5 in 5 days before the semester started. Thought I wouldn't have the time to continue brewing, but I have been doing multiple batches a month since. Because . . . I can't stop. I won't stop. I quite like my surplus and it seems like I am cutting down prices with each set of batches I plan.

I once had to brew 3 nights in a row each weekend for 3 weeks straight to get beer ready in time for a wedding. I had fun, but I was scrambling. I had all the hop bills and grain bill weighed out for each batch. In the middle of the boil for my Hefeweizen, I realized I was adding the hops for my Pale Ale....oops

That Hefe was the brides favorite beer of the night. Never told her I eff'd it up

2 days in a row. but one day i did two batches, a 10g and a 5g one day, and 10g the next.

never again.

1 day.

My problem is that it takes me 2 weeks to clean everything up after 1 brew day. I've had carboys soaking in PBW for a week or more.

I hate cleanup, and I'm a little lazy. Tonight I'm putting all my pots away from 2 weeks ago - maybe.

I routinely do 3 batches in a weekend. It's easier to just brew one weekend a month then every weekend.

2 days, 11.5 gallons both days. Needed at least 20 gallons for my wedding and it was starting to get kind of close to the date so I brewed it all up one weekend.

so far I've only brewed 1 day in a row

But I've strung days of organizing brew closest, cleaning, prep, brew, cleaning, reorganizing brew closet, testing, cleaning, prepping, brewing, for weeks...
