Currently bottling this weekend, but i've been day dreaming about the Saison i'll be brewing for the summer. I think usually people like the low gravity for the Summer, so i'm going to do the opposite.

Everyday. Today I'm trying to decide if I'm going to brew a Belgian witbier or something else this weekend. Any suggestions for a 2 gallon all grain batch?

I usually daydream about being at the beach while I"m at work. For some reason I think about brewing when I'm trying to fall asleep. I think I'm going to do an amber ale next.

No idea where I got this recipe but it looks good. I've had it in my recipes folder in my email for quite some time. I think I'm going to brew this soon too! There's no mash temp in the recipe... i'd mash this at 152-154 but do what you want to it!

Doh.. just saw there is a mash temp! lol. I might need some coffee....

I pretty much spent the whole day at work yesterday deciding what my grain bill would be and what yeast I should use for my brew day this weekend (Revvy's Kentucky Common).

I brew with the seasons. And I spend much of my time thinking about upcoming brews, ingredients and planning for what will be ready when. Partial to things that take to bottle aging. I still remember a barleywine that I brewed a couple of years ago - brewed and bottled in Jan/Feb and I didn't touch it until Thanksgiving. Epic.
