Okay so it is day 16 and my hanks hefe is still going strong in the primary. By strong I mean 6 or 7 bubbles a minute out of the airlock. This has been a real active brew, on day 2 I needed to install a blow off tube(first one).

My first hefe, most people say it is a quick brew, but I am not expirencing that. I think it might be the liquid yeast that is making this so active - I am holding off to take a hydro reading until after the activity dies...

I am brewing a hefe as we speak to. I am on day 8 of fermentation and if you read my thread you will understand what is going on. What does your timeline look like for your hefe?

I saw that - like I said hoping in 2 more weeks the action is over(4 weeks!) and I am going to transport it to the keg and let it sit for a bit...
