I just have memories of how bad the Moscatel version was and Moscatel is pretty similar to sauternes.

I didn't mind Moscatel though. Yeah, it was sweet but didn't that year also have the awful Port DL and a meh Muerte, thus making it automatically the 2nd best DL variant that year?
