was racking an IPA to a secondary and was GOING to rinse the yeast...but i got the starsan and the water mixed up and dumped a gallon of starsan on the yeast.
maybe they would have survived, maybe not but i'd rather just get another vial of WLP007 to be sure. still...damnit!
guess making this yeast starter for an upcoming belgian pale ale (using WLP500 trappist) for my first competition, coming up in a month, will have to do...
