I have 3 lbs of clover honey 1 gallon carboy.
d-47
1 cinnamon stick
1 clove
box of raisins ( small )
2 cut up red apples skin and all.

I put it all together from the start and it smells like wet do there is not one hint of honey, apple, cinnamon or wine. none of the smells im used to having. Seems to be fermenting like normal. I don't get all crazy with the ph and the hydro readings I usually just let the mead do its thing till it clears and have had good luck.
It is in a room about 68 degrees the only light is the laundry room light that gets turned on from time to time. any ideas.

Need some more nutrient most likely. But you can't know it's slow going without gravity readings. Isn't D-47 a low foaming yeast?

You should be fine though, something smelling like dough is the least of your smell concerns really.
