Putting together a German Alt this white labs Cry hovoc WLP862. letting it ferment this winter at lager temps. Anyone with experience with this yeast?
This is a rough idea of the Grain bill
9lb. Golden Promise
1lb. Caravienna
1 1/2lb. German munich
1/2lb. Belgian Biscuit
4oz. Chocolate Pale
Hops are still undecided.I could use some help with this one.
