No. Just throw it in the mash tun. Attempting to mill it will just clog up your mill.
I grind mine. I just mix it in with all of the other grains and run it through the mill. No problems at all. I haven't ever run it through by itself though. All my grain gets tossed in a 5 gal bucket as it is weighed out, then a quick mix by hand and into the hopper. If I'm using roasted malts I do keep those separate and mill those first.
