Does anyone have any experience (or luck) mashing in an AIO with the basket (no biabs) with gelatanized rice (boiled, *not* flaked)? Does a true cereal mash have to be done (add crushed grain to gelatanized rice for conversion before adding to mash) to help prevent sticking the mash (as opposed to having to stir the gelatanized rice into the mash for which the grain bed has already been set) or is there a better/easier method when using these AIO basket types of setups with gelatanized rice (*not* flaked)?
