Cream Ale So4/Cl ratio

I'm about to brew one for the first time, what is the recommended So4/Cl ratio? I'm inclined to go for 2.5-3 So4/1 Cl which should give me a relatively hop forward brew.

Well, a cream ale should have almost no hop presence at all so maybe you should be targeting a pale ale instead.
