Wow! DisturbdChemist just won this thread as far as I'm concerned.

Here's a guy who manages to get his hands on one of only 400 bottles of Nocturn Chrysalis released, but then somehow brings himself to let it go out of sheer MAW generosity.

DC, I can't thank you enough. My jaw is bruised where it hit the floor.



In this hit: two entries off my ridiculously unreasonable wish list, Atrial Rubicite and Nocturn Chrysalis.


Four local beers, Prairie Noir! Burried Hatchet Stout, Elliott's Phoned Home Pale Ale, and Big Texas Blonde.


And four of his home brews! Sour Raspberry Cider, Jalapeño Cucumber Mead, Open Fermented Bavarian Hefe, and Oatmeal Coffee Stout.

I opened my Nocturn Monday, it was fantastic. My wife said she might actually like it better than Atrial. I def enjoy it more than Aurelian Lure but less than Atrial. I am so happy TX is making such amazing beer, now we just need more haha.

I was contemplating to send nocturn or aurelian. I remember i liked aurelian a little better. Both great and hope i can get my hands on a few more next release

Pliny clone that I used Conan yeast with but both are bitter as hell. Oh and obviously not filtered. Glad they made it safe. The Black Friday is really good.

Absolutely man. RBT has some fine food too! And if you're ever in downtown Houston I recommend Moon Tower Inn in second Ward. Unbeatable prices and around 60 taps!

If there is no nibbles in a while. You have to add to it. Some easier but still valued beers but I think the list isnt the hardest. Its do able. Just have to find the right person

I have some regional feelers out.... Im hoping to hear back soon about something that is barrel aged, dark and high ABV, but is not an RIS and I havent ever had it myself. If I can get a bottle of this acclaimed beverage, and you dont mind a BA baltic porter instead of RIS I can grant this.

... hoping I can get more than one too... because I, too, want to be able to testify to the acclamations!
