I have this recipe for american wheat ale, but its an all grain recipe, I wanted to know how much and what i can use to substitute the all grain to extract. This is what I have in the grains:

Briess 2-Row Brewer's Malt 4 lbs, 4 oz
Briess White Wheat 4 lbs, 4 oz

Any help is appreciated

Most Wheat DME is a mix of barley and wheat, often in 65%/35% amounts. You won't get a 50/50 mix but it will be pretty close.

Since generally 1 pound malt = .75 pound LME = .6 pound DME that means that 8.5 pounds of malt = 5 pounds wheat DME.
