Hey i could pick up a few 5gallon pikle buckets from fast food places around here. But im not shure if the pickle smell would come out. Anyone ever try to make wine/ beer in somthing like that ?

My buddy got me a couple of the pickle buckets from his place and the smell would not go away. Soaked in water, oxy clean, bleach...........no luck.
I did not even keep it to use as my sterilizing bucket.
So as a fermenter I would say definitely not.

If all you're making is pickle wine! Mmmmmmmmm!

Same reason you wouldn't make wine in a beer bucket (but you could do both in a better bottle) - the plastic is permeable to some of the flavoring bits. In the case of beer that's hops oils.. in the case of pickles, hell I don't know :)

It's better now I went to walmart and got 6 -5 gallon buckets and 4 -2gallon buckets. From the bakery ! Now I'm set all I have to do is clean them out good !
