Coriander Peppercorn Saison?

I'm brewing a Saison this weekend and I wanted to use a little coriander and peppercorn.

Any thoughts on how much to use?
 
In all seriousness, you need to provide more information. Post a recipe, batch size, and give us an idea of how potent you want it to be. Most important factor being batch size. If you're brewing 10 gallon batches but we assume you're brewing 5 gallons, you're going to be using half as much as you would want.

What I tend to do when formulating recipes, is look through the recipe database on here. See what others have already done, and adjust to your liking.
