I've got an APA I kegged two weeks ago - this is the first time I've tasted it since last weekend, and there is a definite metallic taste in it that wasn't present on first tasting, or last weekend. The best way I can describe it is it tastes like copper...if you've ever smelled a handful of pennies you know what I mean. Any thoughts on what would cause this change in taste?
