An looking to upgrade to 24 gallon batches and wondering what the best/fastest way to cool large batches of wort?

I would say that a large sized counter flow wort chiller would be the best option.

Cfc or a plate chiller would be the way to go. That's too much volume for an immersion. Just the cost of copper would pay for a plate chiller.
